  • Maintenance is held among our top priorities at Slate Falls; every small problem is thoroughly investigated by our maintenance team to ensure everything is in perfect working order for your comfort and safety.

  • All cargo is weighed prior to its loading on our aircraft. Each aircraft has a maximum load; it is our company policy that the aircraft's maximum weight is never exceeded, in any circumstance.

  • Cargo requiring special attention is dealt with by one of our specially trained Dangerous Goods Handlers to ensure that anything loaded on board our aircraft is legal and, most of all, safe for our passengers and crew. If you have any questions regarding what you can or cannot take with you, or for a quote on cargo transportation, call us during business hours or send an email to cargo@slatefallsair.com.

  • Our pilots are all professionally trained and hold all the required licences to get you to your destination safely. All our pilots also undergo annual and seasonal training under the supervision of our Chief Pilot and Manager of Operations to ensure we meet and exceed the standards for training, knowledge, ability and safety.
